- ¼ Cup Peanut
- 1 Cup Chana Dal
- 20 Red Chilies
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 10 Flakes Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Heat up the pan
- Add chana dal, peanut, red chilies, curry leaves, garlic fry it until it becomes brown.
- Keep aside for 10 -15 min , let it cool.
- Add all the ingredients into mixer and make a powder.
- Andhra spicy aruppu podi is ready to serve.
