- 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 Egg Shell (crumbled)
- 1 cup Coffee
- ½ cup Cold Water
- 8 cups Boiling Water
- Take coffee and egg in a bowl. Blend well.
- Stir in cold water.
- Mix in egg shell and transfer the mixture, along with boiling water into a saucepan.
- Boil on high flame, stirring continuously, until the froth stops to appear.
- Take it off the heat and keep covered for 10 minutes.
- Strain it using net strainer into cups.
- Serve hot.
