Mango Jam

Ingredients:
- 8 Ripe Mangoes
- 5 Cups sugar
- 4 Cups water
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel and cut mangoes.
- Heat water and add peeled mangoes, cinnamon and cloves in it. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cook till the mixture turns thick.
- Add vanilla and mix it well.
- Mango Jam is ready.
