- 1 medium Cabbage (chopped)
- ½ tsp Ginger (grated)
- ½ tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Place a frying pan on medium flame.
- Add the oil and fry the cabbage, stirring infrequently, for 10 minutes, or until it softens.
- Stir in ginger along with garlic and saute for 5 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
- Pour in soya sauce and blend well.
- Serve warm.
