- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3½ cups Confectioners' Sugar (sifted)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Take a cup of confectioners' sugar along with butter and salt in a bowl. Beat until light and puffy.
- Beat in egg yolks with orange zest.
- Put in remaining sugar and milk and continue beating until soft & fine.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Enough to frost tops and sides of 2 10-inch layers.
