Mee Krob

Recipe Type:	Non Veg.

Ingredients:

• 200 gms Vermicelli
• 1/2 Cup pork
• 1/2 Cup shrimp
• 2 tbsp Garlic and shallot (chopped)
• 2 tbsp White vinegar
• 2 tbsp Fish sauce
• 4 tbsp Palm sugar
• 2 tsp Lime juice
• 1 Cake yellow beancurd (tofu)
• 4 Chinese chives
• 4 Cups cooking oil

Cooking Instructions:

• Chop the pork and shrimp.
• Heat the oil.
• Fry vermicelli till crisp.
• Keep it aside.
• Heat the oil again.
• Fry chopped garlic and shallot.
• Now add chopped pork and shrimp.
• Season the mixture with vinegar, fish sauce and sugar.
• Once it gets thick add lime juice.
• Mix it properly.
• Now add vermicelli and stir it.
• Mix bean curd.
• Adorn with Chinese chives.
