- 2 Cups milk (evaporated)
- 4 Cups white sugar
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup pineapple (crushed)
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- Put butter in a square pan and keep it aside.
- Mix milk, sugar and butter.
- Stir in crushed pineapple pieces.
- Cook over medium heat till soft.
- Keep it for cooling.
- Now add lemon juice.
- Beat till the mixture turns smooth.
- Put the mixture in pan.
- Allow it to cool and cut into squares.
- Pineapple Fudge is ready.
