Pineapple Fudge

Recipe Type:	Veg.
Difficulty:	Easy

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups milk (evaporated)
• 4 Cups white sugar
• 4 tbsp Butter
• 1 Cup pineapple (crushed)
• 3 tsp Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions:

• Put butter in a square pan and keep it aside.
• Mix milk, sugar and butter.
• Stir in crushed pineapple pieces.
• Cook over medium heat till soft.
• Keep it for cooling.
• Now add lemon juice.
• Beat till the mixture turns smooth.
• Put the mixture in pan.
• Allow it to cool and cut into squares.
• Pineapple Fudge is ready.
