bhai atleast you should write ki milk with curdle is butter milk or removing milk curdle and water left is butter milk

Actually this recipe gives just curd. There is more ingredients to add, in or der to get buttermilk. Like onion, chillies, curry leaves, cummin powder.
well... I guess it varies from State to State.

the milk didnt look like it started to curdle, and its seems that im having some problems with my buttermilk pie

I was out of buttermilk so I made this for my cornbread. It was very good and moist. I would rate it as excellent.
