This did come out well. I added few other ingredients here and there and it came out awesome!!!
1) Pounded Garlic + Ginger while sauting with cumin and mustard seeds
2) Finally - garam masala powder and Mango Powder

This is excellent. I'm not sure what is meant by "diced" but the next time I will cut them into bigger sections rather than diced. |
