Sir if there is cumin, and the process involves of starting to cook the marinated meat then definitely this is not hyderabadi biryani but can name it differently. As a chef i say that use SHAHI ZEERA (NOT ZEERA OR KAALA ZEERA). Also use garam masala. |

SIR, HERE YOU SAID THAT AFTER MIXING THE MEAT AND MAKING THE LAYERS WE HAVE TO COOKE IT FOR 15 MIN.ON MIDIUM HEAT . IDOUBT THAT THE MEAT WILL NOT COOKED IN 15 MIN. |

Hi, as per my experience the meat does not get fully cooked in 15 minutes time all the effort is wasted .What if the mutton is slightly cooked before placing it with rice? |
