- You should obtain approval from your college advisor sating about the maturity, moral character and academic ratings. This document is mandatory for transferring the credits.
- If you are below 21 years of age, you have to obtain a permission letter from your parents/guardian.
- Medical certificate to prove that you are medically fit
- You have to enroll in a Spanish language course and take test on completion of the course
- If you are enrolled in a program for two semesters or more, should obtain student visa
- You should present yourself at the office of Immigration within 30 days of arrival
Sports Department
UIA has a dedicated sports department and students can indulge in any of their favorite sports. It has well equipped gym and also facilities to play tennis, volleyball, football and soccer.
Accommodation
There is a separate housing department in the university to cater to the accommodation of the students. Students have to follow some guidelines while hiring rooms under university housing department. The rooms are to be kept clean. Any damage to the household provided is chargeable. Keeping valuables at room is not recommended. Meals charges are not included in the rent. Except for the towel and linen, laundry is also not included in the accommodation fees. Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not allowed. Fees are accepted at the university housing office.
