Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bananas (mashed)
- 18.25 oz Package Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan and preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat together mashed bananas, oil and eggs with an electric mixer on low for 30 sec, increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 more minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Let the cake cool down and then frost it with your choice of frosting.
