Ingredients:
- 60 ml Brandy
- 2 tsp Castor Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Nutmeg (Grated)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a glass and mix the ingredients well with ice.
- Strain into a tumbler.
- Garnish with a little grated nutmeg on top.
- For a creamier version, mix the ingredients in a blender.
