Ingredients:
- 250 gm Bittergourd
- 6 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Deseed the bittergourd and slice then into round shape.
- Mix turmeric, red chilly and salt to taste.
- Apply this mixture on the bittergourd nicely. Lay this in the plate covered with muslin cloth.
- Place the tray in the sun for 3 days until it is completely dehydrated.
- Then deeply fry the bittergourd.
- Serve it with rice and curry.
