Pavakka Kondattam

Difficulty:	Easy

Ingredients:

• 250 gm Bittergourd
• 6 tsp Red Chilly Powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

• Deseed the bittergourd and slice then into round shape.
• Mix turmeric, red chilly and salt to taste.
• Apply this mixture on the bittergourd nicely. Lay this in the plate covered with muslin cloth.
• Place the tray in the sun for 3 days until it is completely dehydrated.
• Then deeply fry the bittergourd.
• Serve it with rice and curry.
