Prosciutto and Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French Bread
- 6 slices of Prosciutto
- 240 gm Mozzarella Cheese (cubed)
- Mozzarella Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup Ripe Tomato (chopped)
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- Balsamic Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Split the bread into half long way and empty the halves.
- Cut the prosciutto into pieces.
- Take together prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, garlic, tomato, oregano in a bowl and mix well.
- Fill the empty breads with the mixture. Top up with crumbled cheese.
- Set the oven at 350°F and bake it for around 15 min until cheese is melted.
- Shower balsamic vinegar on the bread and then slice the baked bread.
- Serve it hot.
