Ingredients:
- 2 cup Maida
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Take maida with egg, salt and water in a bowl.
- Mix it making into dough.
- Keep it aside covered with wet cloth for 4 hrs.
- Then shape the dough into medium size balls.
- Flatten one ball and grease its crust.
- Place 4 balls one on each other. Press and roll it making into thick ball.
- Cut it into two ½“rolls. Spread it making into parotta. Do the same with remaining balls.
- Heat little oil in a pan and fry the parotta.
- Serve it hot.
