Ingredients:
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- ½ Onion (chopped)
- 10 Beans (chopped)
- 1 big Carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Peas
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 3 Green Chilies
- 3 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry onion, beans, carrot, peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, and rice.
- Flavor with. Cook until the rice turns light brown. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the rice mixture with water to a pressure cooker and cook for around 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Serve hot.
