Ingredients:
- 1 kg Chicken Legs
- 15 Garlic Cloves
- 2 small Ginger Pieces
- 3 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 1½ cups Curd
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine garlic, ginger, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a blender. Grind into a fine paste.
- Marinate the chicken with the paste and curd. Keep aside for 30-60 minutes.
- Grill the chicken until brown on all sides.
- Serve hot.
