Ingredients:
- 1 whole Chicken
- 4 Potatoes (peeled)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Green Chili Paste (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220 °C.
- Cut the potatoes in half.
- Slice the chicken into big pieces and make cuts on them.
- Combine green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Smear the chicken and potatoes with the chili paste and cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake again for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
