Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds fresh Cod Fish
- 1 Egg
- 7 ounces Milk
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Potato Flour
- 1 White Onion (chopped)
- ¼ tsp White Pepper
- A pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash the fish and remove the bones and skin. Cut into small pieces.
- Blend rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add fish pieces and blend for a while.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove and shape into small dumplings with a spoon.
- Boil for 4-5 minutes in salted water.
- Remove and serve hot.
