Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled Eggs
- 1/3 cup grated Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove their yolks.
- Smash the yolks and mix with rest of ingredients.
- Stuff the mixture into egg whites, pressing gently as much as possible.
- Arrange on baking tray, keeping the stuffed side up.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with bread or alone as appetizer.
