Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Espresso Powder
- 3/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Double Dutch Dark Cocoa or Dutch Process cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup (8 ounce) Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 2/3 cups (13 ounces) All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Butter (melted)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix together vanilla, espresso powder, eggs, sugar, salt in a bowl and beat till smooth.
- Add the cocoa, flour, butter, baking powder into the beaten ingredients and mix well.
- Pour a scoop full of batter in the iron.
- Bake it as per the instructions given.
