International Conference on VLSI and Communication (ICVCOM- 09) intends to bring together the international community of researchers and practitioners to discuss the latest advancements and future directions in the areas of knowledge based engineering. The conference will be organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, SAINTGITS College of Engineering, Kottayam. The conference will provide an international forum for researchers and practitioners in the area of VLSI, Communication and Signal processing. The conference will feature discussions and presentations on emerging and exciting topics in the field of technology and science. The Plenary sessions chaired by well known international professors and keynote talks are intended to promote the awareness of recent happenings in the field of VLSI, Communication and Signal Processing. Special sessions, Regular paper sessions, Short paper sessions, and Poster paper sessions on the recent happenings in these areas are intend to share the developments in the above fields. The Conference invites papers from the researchers, practitioners, academics and students in academic institutions and R&D organizations on hot topics, new trends, latest developments, emerging technologies and new industrial standards in the areas of Communication, Signal Processing and VLSI.
