Akoori Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
• 2 Finely chopped green chilies
• 2 Finely chopped onions
• 1 Finely chopped tomato
• 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Akoori:
Fry onions in oil or ghee till they turn soft.
Add chillies, coriander and tomato.
Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Remove from fire.
Beat the eggs in a bowl till thoroughly blended.
Add it to the onion mixture and stir.
Add salt and keep the pan on fire.
Keep stirring all the time.
Cook till the eggs become soft.
Akoori is ready.
