• 1/4 kg Peeled apples
• 10 tsp Sugar
• 2 Cups milk
• 1 Cup water
How to make Apple Milk Shake:
After removing the seeds; cut the peeled apples into large pieces.
Now, beat in a mixer.
Pour water, milk and sugar and beat well; whip it for three minutes.
