Ingredients:
  • 1 pink Grapefruit
  • 1 Avocado, halved, pitted & peeled
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced Red Onion
  • 2 tsp fresh Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups mixed Baby Greens (packed)
How to make Avocado and Pink Grapefruit Salad With Coriander:
