• 1 cup Avocado Pulp (sieved)
• 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 tsp Lime Zest (grated)
• ½ cup Lime Juice (fresh)
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 1 pinch Salt
• 9-inch Pie (single-crust)

| How to make Avocado Lime Pie: |
| • | Beat the egg yolks and to it, add the condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.

| • | Put it in a blender and blend till thick.

| • | Add the avocado pulp and stir.
|
| • | Pour into the pie shell.
|
| • | Refrigerate for two hours.
