  • 4 sliced Bananas
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 5 gms Agar Powder
  • 500 ml Water
How to make Banana Agar Jelly:
  • Pour the water into a heating pan or saucepan and heat it over the stove, slowly mixing in the agar powder. Heat only until the agar dissolves and don't let it boil too much.
  • Slowly stir in the sugar till it dissolves completely.
  • Take off the heat and let it cool slightly. At this stage, before it begins to thicken, quickly add the chopped bananas before pouring it into a jelly mould.
  • Place in the fridge, after 1 hour it should be set firm.
