Ingredients:
• 500 gms Whole wheat flour
• 150 gms Rava
• 100 gms Powdered sugar
• 120 gms Nutmeg powder
• 2 tsp Cashewnuts
• 2 tsp Cardamom powder
• Toddy (1/2 Bottle)
• 4 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
How to make Bhakra:
Mix flour and rava.
Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts, oil, sugar, salt, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
Mix toddy and prepare dough.
Cover it and keep it for 3 hours in a warm place.
Roll out thick rounds from the dough.
Fry them over medium flame.
Serve hot with tea.
