- 1 cup Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 3 cups Milk
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
How to make Blintzes:
- Combine eggs with milk.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Mix well.
- Grease a pan and heat on low flame.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and cook for 2-3 minutes, drizzling some oil and cooking on both the sides, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with butter or sour cream.
