  • 500 g Carrots (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 6 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp White Pepper Powder
  • Salt
  • 5 cups Water
How to make Carrot Shorba:
  • Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion, garlic bay leaves and peppercorns.
  • Add carrots and coriander leaves with 5 cups water.
  • Bring to a boil and let the carrots cook till tender.
  • When done, blend the whole mixture and pour in a pan.
  • Boil till the desired consistency and sprinkle white pepper.
Serve hot.
