Ingredients:
  • 200 ml Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder (roasted)
  • 1 tsp Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander (Dhania) (chopped)
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 50 ml Water
How to make Chass Lassi:
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Garnish with a little cumin powder.
  • Serve chilled.
