  • 2 Calamari (cleaned and washed)
  • 5 Dried Chilies
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Salt
How to make Chili Calamari:
  • Cut the calamari into circles and put in a bowl.
  • Fry garlic and red chilies for 1 minute in the oil.
  • Add calamari and fry for 5 minutes or until they gets opaque.
  • Now add salt and pepper.
Serve with meals.
