Ingredients:
  • ½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Apples (diced)
  • 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
  • ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
How to make Danish Apple Cake:
  • Take a large mixing bowl and mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, apples, egg and pecans together.
  • Grease an 8-inch baking pan.
  • Pour the batter into the greased pan.
  • Bake the batter at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

cake too dry. 'batter' as you call it didn't cover the bottom of the pan. are you sure the recipe is complete?
