Ingredients:
  • 1 Green Pepper (Large)
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 4 Jalapeņo Peppers (fresh)
  • 16 oz Garbanzo Beans (Drained)
  • 16 oz Banana Peppers (Drained)
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper (Ground)
  • ¼ cup Sesame and Olive Sauce (Tahini)
How to make Pepper Hummus:
  • Clean the peppers of seeds and cut it ¼ on the top.
  • Chop the top part of the pepper and grind it with all the ingredients.
  • Take the paste called hummus and set it inside the peppers
  • Garnish with green coriander.
  • Ready to Serve.
