  • 2 large Green Peppers
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin to taste
How to make Fried Peppers:
  • Deseed the peppers and cut them into strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers keeping the skin part down on medium flame until skin is dark & wrinkled. Then fry the other side until it is tender.
  • Place the peppers on a plate laying the skin part down and let the skin to steam for 2-3 min. Then remove the skin and flavor it with cumin & salt to taste.
  • Serve it with morrocan bread.
