Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100g Garlic Pods
  • 50g Red Chilli Powder
  • 25g Ginger Powder (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • 500g Raw Mango Pieces
  • 100g Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Hing
  • 50g Mustard Seeds
How to make Garlic Mango Pickle:
  • Take a frying pan and fry garlic pods.
  • Heat mustard oil and allow it to cool.
  • Overnight marinate the mango pieces with haldi and salt.
  • Now remove water from the content; dry it in sunshine.
  • Take a large bowl, mix all the mango pieces, garlic pods, spices and oil.
  • Spoon it into a jar and store it for a week.
  • Enjoy the pickle with rice or chappatis.
