  • 1 1/2 lb Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Old Bay Seasoning or Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • A pinch of Oregano
How to make Greek Shrimp:
  • Slightly boil the shrimp with the Old Bay seasoning or salt in water.
  • Drain and place them in a platter and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle oregano and toss lightly.
  • Serve hot with salad and hard, crusty bread.
