Ingredients:
For Dough
• 1 lbs All-purpose Flour
• 2 oz Vegetable Oil
• 2 oz Warm Milk
• tbsp Baking Powder
• 5 oz Warm Water
• 1/3 tsp Salt

For Spinach Filling
• 20 oz Spinach, chopped
• 3 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Canola Oil
• 1 tbsp Dry Parsley
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Pepper, to taste
How to make Lebanese Spinach Pie:
For Dough
Start with sieving the all-purpose flour in a bowl and then add all the ingredients (listed for dough) in it.
Now, slowly mix the ingredients and add warm water as required, to make dough.
Knead the dough into a ball, on a flat surface area, till it turns smooth and elastic.
Form the dough into a ball and then put it in a lightly floured bowl. Cover it with a damp cloth, so that it does not become dry.
Let it stay in a warm place for about 45 minutes or till the dough is double in size.
Roll it out again and cut it into 3 inch diameter circles.

For Spinach Filling
Drain all the juice from spinach until almost dry.
Now, add all the ingredients (listed for filling) to it and mix thoroughly. Set aside.

For Pie
Put a spoon of spinach mixture in the centre of the rolled-out dough circles.
Now, fold the sides to form a triangle and pinch the sides to seal it. Repeat it till all the pies are assembled.
Place them on greased cookie sheets and bake at a temperature of 350 degrees F, for 20 minutes or till the pies are slightly brown.
Your delicious pies are ready to be served.
