- 400 gms Flour
- 100 gms Desi ghee
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How to make Mathi:
- Add ghee and salt to flour and mix it well.
- Add water and make dough till it turns smooth.
- Cut it into pieces and roll out it to make small and thick discs
- Heat the oil and fry each disc till it turns golden brown.
- Serve it with pickle.
