Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Green Tea
  • 4 cups Water
  • 6 tbsp Sugar or Mild Honey
  • 1/2 cup Packed Mint Leaves
How to make Mint Tea:
  • Boil the water in a saucepan.
  • Tear and gently bruise the mint leave using a wooden spoon in a teapot, then add tea leaves, boiling water and sugar.
  • Cover the teapot and keep for ten minutes before serving.
