  • 2 pounds Ground Beef (thawed)
  • 300 ml Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • ½ cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder

    For Topping:
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • ¼ cup Onion Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
How to make Oatmeal Meatballs:
  • Combine ground beef, evaporated milk, oatmeal, egg, ginger paste, onions, pepper, salt, and chili powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them into a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Keep aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix all the contents of topping and spread over the meatballs.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
  • Serve hot.
