Ingredients:
• 500 gms Octopus
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 1 Garlic flake
• 1 Cup red wine
• 200 gms Tomatoes (canned)
• Sea salt to taste
• Ground black pepper
How to make Octopus in Red Wine:
Chop the onions.
Mash the drained tomatoes.
Heat the oil.
Fry onions and crushed garlic till onions turn transparent.
Add octopus.
Cook over high flame for 4 minutes.
Now add olive oil, red wine, mashed tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper to the cooked octopus.
Cook for 40 minutes till octopus are tender.
Octopus in Red Wine is ready.
