Ingredients:
  • 500 gms Octopus
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic flake
  • 1 Cup red wine
  • 200 gms Tomatoes (canned)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper
How to make Octopus in Red Wine:
  • Chop the onions.
  • Mash the drained tomatoes.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Fry onions and crushed garlic till onions turn transparent.
  • Add octopus.
  • Cook over high flame for 4 minutes.
  • Now add olive oil, red wine, mashed tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper to the cooked octopus.
  • Cook for 40 minutes till octopus are tender.
  • Octopus in Red Wine is ready.
