• 500 gms Octopus
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Onion
• 1 Garlic flake
• 1 Cup red wine
• 200 gms Tomatoes (canned)
• Sea salt to taste
• Ground black pepper

| How to make Octopus in Red Wine: |
| • | Chop the onions.
|
| • | Mash the drained tomatoes.
|
| • | Heat the oil.
|
| • | Fry onions and crushed garlic till onions turn transparent.
|
| • | Add octopus.
|
| • | Cook over high flame for 4 minutes.
|
| • | Now add olive oil, red wine, mashed tomatoes, sea salt and black pepper to the cooked octopus.

| • | Cook for 40 minutes till octopus are tender.
|
| • | Octopus in Red Wine is ready. |
