  • 250 ml Pasteurized Milk
  • 1 packet Orange Gelatin
  • 2 Oranges, for garnish
How to make Orange Cheese Jelly:
  • First of all, put the milk into a saucepan, add the gelatin, and stir to dissolve the gelatin.
  • Then, put it on a low heat, warm it gently until the milk curdles, do not allow it to boil.
  • After this, you can pour into the mould and allow to set.
  • Remove it , slice, and serve with orange segments.
