| Ingredients: |

• 300 gms Jaggery (shredded)
• 5 Green Cardamom Pods (crushed)
• 1/4 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 600 ml Ice cold water
• Salt to taste

| How to make Paanagam: |
| • | Add the shredded jaggery to chilled water.
|
| • | Add cardamom powder to jaggery mixture along with ginger powder.
|
| • | Stir the ingredients to blend them well in water.
|
| • | Add salt and lemon juice. Mix again.
|
| • | Pour in the glasses and serve. |
