Paanagam Recipe

Ingredients:
- 300 gms Jaggery (shredded)
- 5 Green Cardamom Pods (crushed)
- 1/4 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 600 ml Ice cold water
- Salt to taste
How to make Paanagam:
- Add the shredded jaggery to chilled water.
- Add cardamom powder to jaggery mixture along with ginger powder.
- Stir the ingredients to blend them well in water.
- Add salt and lemon juice. Mix again.
- Pour in the glasses and serve.
