Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Beets (peeled)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Vegetable Bouillon
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
How to make Polish Barszcz:
  • Take water, beets and onion in a bowl. Cook it until beet is cooked.
  • Mix lemon juice, sugar in it and flavor it with salt & pepper to taste. Then keep it aside for all night long.
  • Drain it.
  • Stir in bouillon and cook.
  • Pour the cream and mix well.
  • Serve it hot.
