Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Sage
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 6 center cut bone-in Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cubes Beef Bouillon
How to make Sage Pork Chops:
  • In a bowl mix the salt, sage and black pepper and rub it on both sides of the pork.
  • In a skillet melt the butter and sauté both sides of the chops until browned.
  • Dissolve the bouillon in water in a saucepan over high heat.
  • Add the chops and simmer the chops for 45 minutes.
