Ingredients:
  • 455 gm cooked Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 cups cooked Rice
  • ¼ cup Celery (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup stuffed Olives (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Green Pepper (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Pimiento (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Onion (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
  • Few Celery Leaves
  • French Dressing
How to make Shrimp Rice Salad:
  • Take first 10 ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Refrigerate it.
  • Pour over lettuce and decorate it with tomato wedges & celery leaves.
  • Serve it with French dressing.
