  • 1 cup Soya Chunks (soaked in water)
  • 1 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Aniseed
  • ½ inch Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Oil
How to make Soya Chunks Fry:
  • Grind garlic, ginger, cinnamon, aniseed together.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry onions until golden.
  • Fry tomatoes now. Once cooked, mash the paste to form a thick consistency.
  • Squeeze soya chunks and remove the water.
  • Add soya and salt.
  • Now, add the ground paste.
  • Cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
Serve with chapatti.
