Ingredients:
  • 2½ cups Apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 tsp White Sugar
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • ¾ cup Margarine (melted)
  • ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
  • A pinch of Salt
How to make Swedish Apple Pie:
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Grease a 9 inch pie pan lightly with margarine.
  • Fill 2/3 of the pie pan with sliced apples.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tsp white sugar.
  • Mix 1 cup white sugar and margarine in a medium bowl.
  • Add pecans, flour, egg and salt. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture over the apples.
  • Bake the pie for 65 minutes till it turns golden brown.
